All coach and player information comes directly from your OBA team roster. Only coaches on approved rosters can log in.
The process whether you are a new coach for the first time or a returning coach, the process to access is identical.
Your email address on your roster must be accurate as that is how you receive your invite to the app / log in.
The email comes from donotreply@newstartmobile.com and the subject reads "Welcome to Baseball Ontario".
DO NOT CLICK JOIN (in the email) until you have already downloaded the Pitch Count App on the Google Play Store or the Apple App Store.
Then follow the on-screen instructions.
If you have not received an invitation to the app, please check with your local registrar to ensure that you are listed on the roster with your correct email address.

To reset your password...
1) Open the Pitch Count App
2) Tap "forgot password?
3) Enter the email associated with your account and you will receive a link to reset your password.
After trying these steps if you still require support please email coach@baseballontario.com.

From the main screen of Pitch Count, tap your team name under My Teams. Select the Games tab and tap ⊕ ADD GAME
Enter the Game Date and Game Time
Select Game Type.
Select the Visiting Team.Pro Tip: You can search for the correct team by team number, team name, or filter by division).
Add the game Location.
Tap Save.
Remember: Home Team must enter pitch counts for both teams.

The Pitch Count app works without Wi-Fi or mobile data.
Simply track your pitches as you normally would and submit the final pitch count as soon as you reconnect to Wi-Fi or data. The app uses minimal data since it's not transmitting large amounts of information.

If a team is not in the app, it means that their roster has not yet been submitted and the team is not permitted to play.
In Rep, as per RP1.9(m), after May 1st, any team playing without having submitted a roster shall be automatically suspended until their roster is submitted.

If a player is not on the team in the app, they are not permitted to pitch.
Call-up players can be added only by the team they are playing on before the game starts.
Once the game starts, they can’t be added to the team in the app and are therefore not allowed to pitch.
