Competing this online course is part of umpire certification that permits you to umpire OBA games this upcoming season. Level 2 Defense has 7 modules that cover the Pitcher, Balks, Defensive Requirements, Obstruction, Catchers Interference, Base Appeals and Collisions at Home Plate. You will also be required to complete an in person umpire camp to be certified to umpire this upcoming season.
